Cheese tasting with a cheese connoisseur

Whether it’s afternoon or evening, our cheese tasting is always an exciting experience.  In the course of a few hours, you will gain new knowledge about cheese, the wines that best enhance cheese, and the most delicate accompaniments to cheese.

We will also enjoy an excellent selection of cheeses while you learn about the different types of cheese. We will taste them au naturel as well as with the different wines. And finally we will enjoy the cheese with accompaniments such as fig marmalade, rose hip compote, and quince jelly.
Biscuits, flat bread and freshly baked bread are served with the cheese.

It is a good idea not to eat before the tasting because there are many different cheeses and they are quite filling. It’s best to look upon the tasting as a meal in itself.

After the tasting, all the participants will receive a handout explaining the many different ways cheese and wine can be combined – plus an overview of the various cheeses.
