Hamburger Börs

Back in the late 17th century there used to be a so called "basement" at the exact same location where Hamburger Börs nowadays is located. Around 1730 the name Hamburger Börs was registered and ever since the location has hosted various forms of restaurants and entertainment. The original property was demolished when the subway was extended during the 1970s.

Since the mid 1970’s, the productions at Hamburger Börs has succeeded each other. International and national megastars such as Monica Zetterlund, Jump the Gun, Cornelis Wresvijk, Lill-Babs, Sammy Davis Jr., Jerry Lewis, Johnny Cash, Victor Borge, Cliff Richard, Jennifer Holliday, Lill Lindfors, Liza Minelli, Jan Malmsjö, Siw Malmkvist, Bosse Parnevik, Magnus Härenstam, Lena Philipsson, Jerry Williams, Sheeba, Pernice Brothers and many, many more have appeared on stage.
